The program is called Ultra Call Recorder, and it can record calls on Android phones.
UCR is an automatic call recording tool. If you want to record a call, simply press the “Record Call” button, and the app will automatically record the phone call you want and then automatically send it to your phone as an MP3 recording file. All you need to do is to press the button “Play”.
